The InterPlay Experience

This seminar meets Friday evenings 7-9:30 pm and Saturday 9 am –3:30 pm and includes presentations, experiences, and play. InterPlay leads you step-by-step. We will talk and tell stories (for thirty seconds to start), move in simple ways that bring grace (beginning with just one hand), and share tools that create ease (moving from stress-making to grace-making). Next thing you know, life is more fun! Skim the surface or dive deep. Do InterPlay for a day or a lifetime (some consider it their primary spiritual practice).
